Cancellation and Refund Policy:

At Alhaadi Academy, we value our students and customers. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (Ebooks, Online Courses & Classes)

• Once a course or ebook is purchased, it is considered non-refundable, as the content is delivered instantly.

• Cancellations are not allowed after the payment is successfully completed.

• In case of any duplicate payment or technical error, please contact us. After verification, a refund will be initiated within 7–10 working days.
  
  

2. Physical Products (if applicable in future)

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us.

• Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video). After approval, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  
  

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (bank/UPI/card) within 7–10 business days.
